Welcome to the blog covering the Water Wheeler's Lands End to John O'Groats (LEJOG) Bike Ride!! We'll try and keep this blog up to date with our progress starting at Land's End on 16th June, just a week to go!!
Water Wheelers, who are they? Well, we are a bunch of friends who are cycling from end-to-end in aid of the charity WaterAid (http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/team/Water_Wheelers). The team consists of Molly, Jesse, Simon, Charlie, Jo, Heather, Joe, Ken, kindly supported on route by the drivers Erica, Ann and George. With many 1000's of miles covered in training, its almost time to head down south for the start.
So, make sure you check back regularly to see our progress northwards, fix bikes, get temporarily misplaced, and soaked in the no doubt typical British weather we'll come across.
